【關於優照護】

「優照護」是全台首家居家照護預約平台，提供安全、方便、合適的本國籍有證照照服員到府服務，協助家庭更多居家照護的選擇。

不論是長輩陪伴、術後照顧、臨時照護、短期支援，或家中照顧者需要有人協助分擔，都可以透過優照護 App 搜尋並預約具照護經驗與相關資格的照護人員。

今天預約、最快明天到府；最短 3 小時即可預約，讓照護安排更彈性、更安心。

・全台首家短期居家照護媒合平台
・可依地區、時間、服務項目搜尋照護人員
・預約前可查看照護人員照片、經歷、語言能力與自我介紹
・可依評價、費用、年資等條件排序

【主要功能】

1. 依照時間、地區、服務類別與工作項目搜尋照護人員。
2. 可依評價、費用、年資排序，快速找到合適人選。
3. 預約前可查看照護人員照片、學經歷、語言能力與自我介紹。
4. 預約後可透過「問問」功能與照護人員溝通照護需求。
5. 預約過程中，系統會即時發送通知，告知預約結果。
6. 內建排程表，方便管理照護時間。
7. 支援信用卡付款，不需準備現金。
8. 照護人員簽到、簽退含 GPS 紀錄，系統同步通知服務狀態。
9. 服務完成後可進行評價，累積照護品質回饋。
10. 服務地區包含台北、新北、基隆、桃園、新竹、台中、彰化、台南、高雄等地區。

【注意事項】

1. 為保護用戶隱私與交易安全，優照護全程採 SSL 安全加密，保障用戶與付款資訊。
2. 為保障照護人員隱私，會員於搜尋前須先完成信用卡驗證；驗證不會扣款。
3. 為維護照護品質，目前不提供預約單一照護人員連續 24 小時照護。
4. 照服員最少服務時間為 3 小時；護理師、物理治療師、職能治療師、藝術輔療師最少服務時間為 1 小時。
5. 單一服務人員服務時數上限為 18 小時；若有 24 小時照護需求，建議安排 2 至 3 位人員輪流照顧。
