I've had this app for a few months now. I have not had the random nonexistent steps show up that others have experienced. I find it pretty accurate when I open the app, but the widget doesn't update consistently. At first, it tracked nothing. I had tried to contact the developer to find out why it was not tracking my steps, but **the developer was completely unresponsive**. It gets its data from the iPhone Health app. There are no directions for how to allow that. I found out that "Motion and Fitness" under the privacy settings had to be enabled from a different app. Then the app still needs permission to receive the data. I used it over a year now, and I have recommended it to some friends. Thank you. I just want to tell you, maybe ask you, about a problem that I have encounter. Very often the app doesn’t reset the steps from one day to another and adds the steps from the previous day to the current day giving me thoughts of steps for the day. Today it’s only showing about double what the health app says. I wish I could use this app I really do think it’s great.
