They sell expensive stuff and can’t even make a decent app for their clients spending big bucks. This is the worst of the fashion apps.

How is it that they can’t spend $5000 to hire an IT company to fix this app so it actually works? You literally sell Bags more expensive than that! Your clientele is changing! It’s not just rich old women anymore. Try to cater to your younger clients better and keep up with technology.
Failure of an app
Get it together! Use some of that money you make from your overpriced cowskin sacks and fix the app. This is embarrassing.
Needs an update!
The app doesnt work! I always get “unable to access content”. Cmon Chanel! Thats an easy fix! This has been going for months now!
App hasn’t worked for over a year
I used to use this app all the time but now the content will NEVER load. How has this not been fixed?!
