I really think that apple should look at removing the app itself from the store, I think the actual app itself is controlled as a scam operation itself. None of the profiles are real, even the verified ones. I want a full refund for the VIP I payed for as it’s not just scammers within the app, it’s the app itself. Please please people do not download the app! The 5 star reviews are also FAKE!

Despite paying for premium, the app appears to exclusively shows my profile to people in other countries. I have matched 14 scammers so far today.

Haven’t came across any actual person on here yet, even the ‘verified profiles’ seem to be scam profiles, all they seemed to be concerned about is getting my WhatsApp number by telling me how handsome I am, and that they live in a city close to me to try and lure me in I guess, they even go to the point of creating fake insta accounts accounts etc with just loads of western men as the only followers and friends. Even had different profiles using the same script.. Regret paying subscription.
This app is strange. I receive almost 8 likes a day, which is a big number, and over a month, more than 250. However, in the end, nothing feels real. I don’t know what the Asians want. Many of them talk about increasing income and want to take your money under the pretense of doubling it for you. Some seem interested in you but don’t respond, while others delete you in the middle of a conversation for no reason. Additionally, I often see many repeated photos of women, which all seem to belong to the same person, yet they’re all verified accounts! I hope the app management resolves these issues because it’s pointless otherwise. It’s not like other apps where I’ve met real people.

Just full of fake profiles no pint even trying
I tried a month’s subscription, I was paired with profiles way outwith my specific area, all from other countries, every one claims to be from England while their profile show them in the Philippines, I politely pointed that out and they blocked me, I report them, TanTan says fake, thank you. Every single chat I have had always results in them asking to do WhatsApp after a few messages, I reply that I don’t. I have found their customer service to be non-existent. I have reported this to Apple the next day after I signed up to TanTan, they say no refund, I am waiting on my appeal outcome. If Apple will not acknowledge that this App does not do a service for users who actually pay, I felt their response was a poor show on their part and Apple do not seem to acknowledge that this App does not produce a decent service, no filtering of scammers etc I would not recommend this App at all unless you want to pay £ for nothing but more frustration.
