몇 가지 장점을 적어볼게요.

첫째, 알림설정이 있어서 깜빡하고 넘어갈 때마다 다시금 운동시간임을 일깨워줘서 좋은 거 같아요^^
둘째, 체계적으로 풀업 프로그램이 갖추어져 있고 본인의 실력에 맞추어 차근차근 운동을 할 수 있어서 너무 편리합니다!!
셋째, 자신의 코나 가슴과 같이 피부를 직접 맞대어야 푸쉬업 카운트가 올라가서 강제적으로라도 정말 fm자세를 유지해야 한다는거!! (조금 빡세긴 하지만😫)

풀업맨 어플과 함께 하루빨리 역삼각형의 등을 만들고싶네요!! 추천합니다🥳🥳
