This is an app for signing for using and agreeing on terms of the application '연명의료정보처리시스템'.

연명의료정보처리시스템 이용자 서명용 애플리케이션은 『연명의료결정법』에 따라 국립연명의료관리기관이 운영하는 연명의료정보처리시스템( 사전연명의료의향서 등록기관 또는 의료기관 윤리위원회가 설치된 의료기관의 사용자가 직접 문서를 작성할 때 서명을 생성 및 전송하여 문서 작성을 지원하기 위한 서비스입니다. 따라서 정보처리시스템에서 사용자 승인을 받은 사람, 또는 승인받은 사용자의 요청을 받은 사람만 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

[사전연명의료의향서 등록기관]
사전연명의료의향서 등록기관은 『연명의료결정법』에 따라 보건복지부의 지정을 받아 사전연명의료의향서의 작성·등록을 지원하고 등록·변경·철회 요청된 사전연명의료의향서를 정보처리시스템에 통보하는 등의 업무를 담당하는 기관입니다. 이에 본 연명의료정보처리시스템 이용자 서명용 애플리케이션은 사전연명의료의향서 등록기관의 종사자 중 정보처리시스템의 승인된 사용자(상담자, 등록자)가 사전연명의료의향서를 웹(PC)에서 바로 작성하여 등록·변경·철회를 정보처리시스템에 통보하고자 할 때 작성자의 서명을 직접 받아 시스템에 입력하는 기능을 지원합니다.

의료기관윤리위원회를 등록한 의료기관은 『연명의료결정법』에 따라 연명의료중단등결정 및 그 이행에 관한 업무를 수행하려는 의료기관으로, 해당 의료기관에서 환자를 직접 진료한 담당의사는 연명의료 관련 법정서식을 작성하여 관리기관에 통보하는 업무를 수행합니다. 이에 본 연명의료정보처리시스템 이용자 서명용 애플리케이션은 해당 의료기관에서 담당의사가 연명의료 관련 법정서식을 웹(PC)에서 바로 작성하여 정보처리시스템에 통보하고자 할 때 협진 요청된 전문의의 서명 또는 환자의 서명을 직접 받아 시스템에 입력하는 기능을 지원합니다.
