这是一款助眠的白噪音App，它简单、易用，内置多首高品质的音乐，用户也可选择自己的音乐进行播放。
白噪音是指在可听到的频率范围内（20~20000Hz），频率保持一致（均匀）的声音，比如海浪声、雨声等。白噪音功率谱密度不随频率改变而改变。白噪音可以盖住其他声音，周遭有噪音时，并不容易听到，即遮蔽效应（Masking Effect）。白噪音可遮蔽打呼声、狗叫声、关门声、喇叭声，或窗外车流声音等。因此，失眠或睡不着的人常常听着白噪音加快入睡速度，减少睡眠被干扰中断。就算被吵醒，白噪音也可使人更容易再次入睡。
