毎日の塩分摂取量を記録・管理・分析できるアプリです。
操作方法はとてもシンプル！
アプリを開いて、その時に食べた料理の名前と摂取した塩分量を入力して保存ボタンを押すだけ。
「お気に入り一覧」に料理名と塩分量を登録しておけば、次回以降の登録時に一覧から選択するだけで簡単に登録できます。
「分析」画面では1週間、1ヶ月の塩分摂取量をグラフで確認でき、食生活を見直す際に役立ちます。
万が一、記録を忘れた場合でも「履歴」画面から過去分のデータを追加できるので安心です。
