极简爱好者、想养成好习惯、戒除坏习惯人群。

一、核心功能设计：
1、极简设计，界面上就一个按钮，点击就创建，无认知负担。

2、点击卡片即打卡，只显示习惯名称和最近一次打卡时间。提示语加强好习惯正反馈，降低坏习惯打卡焦虑感。

3、长按卡片开启习惯分析，融合了《福格行为模型》、《习惯的力量》、《微习惯》、CBT等理论进行设计，帮助用户自己分析习惯，优化好习惯养成途径，把坏习惯替代为更健康的方式。

4、极简小组件提醒打卡。手机界面点击打卡。习惯列表支持展示当天打卡数量，例如喝水习惯，每天八杯，可以打卡8次。

5、习惯右滑支持查看数据，习惯左滑支持编辑、归档、删除。空白处左右滑动支持查看归档的习惯。

6、跟随系统支持浅/深色模式。

二、没有什么？
1、没有烦人的通知和红点。
2、没有目标焦虑。
3、没有连续打卡统计，防止断签破罐破摔心理。
