기본적으로 시세대비 2배~3배 비쌈 정신나간 호스트가 대부분임 월단위는 그냥 부동산 통해서 따로 계약하세요 공과금은 하루에 만원씩 처 받으면서 기본 월세도 2배이상은 비쌈. 여기통해서 계약하면 1달 330만원인데 부동산 가면 같은방 한달보증100 / 월세150만원임 심지어 9평원룸 월600에 올려놓은 정신병자도 있음.
집값도 똥값인 강릉시내 호스트들…서울 올라오시면
제가 우리집 월3000만원에 드릴게요
