最後まで読める記事が少ない
紙新聞（朝・夕刊）を長年とっています。 割引されているとはいえオンライン費用は無しにするとか、回数制限するとかの対応にならないものでしょうか。 有料記事しかないので、ニュースサイトからのリンクで京都の記事に引かれて見ても、京都新聞記事なので読めなくなり、毎月の新聞代に追加要求されることにモヤモヤしています。 本当は星２つです。
お得情報を地図上で
トマト倶楽部の割引など特典を受けられるお店を地図上でも検索できるようにしてほしいです。
紙面ビューアー
紙面ビューアー使いたくて有料会員になったが、非常に使いにくい。 紙面見るたびにサイトに飛ぶのではなく、他社のようにアプリだけで紙面が見れるのがいい。 紙面が見切れたり、文字のピントが合わなかったり。 ダウンロードできないから、Wi-Fiでしか使えないiPadで見れない。 全く利用者視線で作られていない。 これなら京都新聞でなくてもいい。

有料プランの詳細に料金の表示もなく申し込み手続きまでいかないとわからないしかも利用規約の文面の中に料金表示って 詐欺まがいの手法ですよね 新聞社のやる事では無い！
エラー
アプリのアップデートがあってからエラーとなり使用できない。 早急に直してほしい。
アップデート後エラーで使えない
有料会員です。 数日前にアップデートされたようで、それ以来、エラーが出て利用できません。なんとかしてください。
無料で読めるものが少なすぎる
タイトルの通りです。（ほんとは評価は星2くらいですが、読者の意見として考えてもらいたいのでレビューが上にくるように星は多くしました） どの内容もほぼ途中から有料で全文見れるものがない。もちろん、有料部分をつくるのは当然だと思いますが、何を読んでも最後まで読めるものがないって、サービス精神ゼロなんだなって思いました。速報ニュースは無料でみれる、とかでもなく、読み物的なものも全文見れない、どれも中途半端に情報提供なので、アプリを広めたいとかではなく、ただただ新聞購読するようなイメージで見たかったらお金払って！というだけのアプリなので、地域の活性化とかの心は全くないんだなと感じました。広告たくさん使ってるのだから、せめて、すぐに伝えたい情報は全文にするとか、地域のために必要である情報は全文にするとかにしないと、アプリ使う人が減って、広告提供するお店さんのメリットがなくなるから広告参加する人も減ってしまう気がします。そうすると、ますます有料にしないと、いけなくなって悪循環。無料範囲は広げたくない！内容に自信があるから有料にしてる！とかであるなら、３ヶ月くらいの無料期間あったら有料登録してみようって思います。アプリ自体は使いやすく、みやすく、いい感じのものだと思います。
使いにくい
前からのレビューにもありますが、紙面の下にあるボタンが画面に収まらず、操作ボタンを押せないので本当に読みにくいです。左右スクロールで紙面切替できるようにしてほしいです。ニュース記事も、おすすめと出てくるものが1年以上も前の記事も多く役に立ちません。月額を払っているのに広告も多いです。 紙媒体では長年契約して満足してますが、デジタル版で見るのはお勧めできません。
恐ろしく使いにくい
記事のキーワード検索をしたときに、検索2ページ目にいこうとするとなぜポップアップでウインドウが立ち上がるのか。戻ったりウインドウを閉じたりの動作も使いにくいし、広告がでかすぎたりとUIがとにかく最悪。ちゃんと読みたいのでちゃんとしてください。
