アクティブエネルギーは“METs - 1.0(安静時消費エネルギーを除外) x 体重(kg) x 時間(h) x 1.05“で計算されます。
例: METs3.5、体重50 kg、運動30分の場合、(3.5 - 1) x 50 x (30 / 60) x 1.05 = 65.6 kcal
