「津軽為信統一記」は戦国時代に本州最北の地（現在の青森県の津軽地方）を舞台に一代で大名へと成りあがった津軽為信の津軽地方統一までを追体験する「ストラテジー＆カードバトル合戦」ゲームです。
強力な攻撃札（兵）を集め、策略札を駆使し、戦功札（建物や拠点）を稼ぐことで合戦を勝利に導いてください。合戦に勝利し新たな領地を手に入れると秋の税収が増えます。軍資金を集めて更に強力な攻撃札を買い入れましょう。
タイムリミットは天正１５年（１５８７年）の冬、
豊臣秀吉が陸奥、出羽、関東において一切の私闘を禁ずる「惣無事令」が発令されるまでに津軽地方を統一しましょう。
