本应用是依据国家标准GB 2760-2011《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》将食品添加剂分为23类，共2234种。其中添加剂366种，香料1654种，加工助剂112种，酶制剂47种，胶姆糖基础剂55种。对批准使用的添加剂名称、分类、使用范围、用量等都作了明确规定，方便食品生产企业掌握添加剂使用要求，有利于监管部门加强对企业使用食品添加剂剂量的监测，有助于我国出口企业使用食品添加剂的技术壁垒。
