【概要】
熟年体育大学リサーチセンターでは2004年より、長野県を中心として全国で7,300名を超える中高年者を対象に、「インターバル速歩」による運動処方を検証して参りました。

その研究の結果から、わずか6ヵ月間のトレーニングにより「体力が最大20％向上」や「生活習慣病の症状が20％改善」に加え、医療費が20％削減の効果が実証されています。

静かな住宅街で最大音量にしても、一瞬のサウンドが聞こえず、何度もスマホを手に取って確認しなければならないのが不便です。ピクニックのメロディの方は聞こえるので、他のサウンドも何かのメロディに変えて欲しい。
機能は便利に使えてます。

インターバル速歩の15分トレーニングで
運動履歴が、トレーニング時間と速歩時間が同じ15分とカウントされてしまいます。

15分トレーニングで、ゆっくり歩く時間が3分✖️3回、速歩が3分✖️2回ですから、トレーニング時間15分、速歩時間6分とカウントされるのが、正しいのではないでしょうか？

しかもいつまで経っても会員登録出来ず、「こっちに聞け」とばかりjrtcを案内されるが、こちらにはこのアプリとの関連のある記述はなく、会員登録は出来ない。

まったく困ったものです。

早く修正願います。
また早く会員登録出来るようにして下さい！

とてもよくできたアプリで感心しています。残念なのは15分バージョンしか使えないことです。一週間で60分速歩をしようと思うと、30分バージョンも使えるようにして欲しいです。あと、3分経過したのち、振動だけでなく、音も出ると速歩とゆっくり歩きを切り替えやすいです。改善をお願いします！
