## 醫思健康 Reviews in Hong Kong SAR China

### *---- "Updated but unable to use"
The message to update keep popping up even after I have updated the app and unable to use, please check the bug
-- s.stn.stacey, 2024-12-13

### *---- "完全用唔到"
down完次次都係去到「立即體驗」嗰度就lag，重新再開app淨係見到logo畫面就lag，downlaod左咁多次都冇一次用到，連log-in畫面係點都唔知。
-- xnuwofnhaijr, 2024-08-29

### *---- "Rubbish"
Asked me to download and filled 2 forms when first time been to Dr. Reborn. 1 on my phone and 1 on their app. Not sure why need to fill twice instead of sync the data? And not all the must filled items marked with stars….

Ask the staff to raise these feedback to IT while she is super proud that the app is done by their company (Thanks for sharing. But no point to be so proud with such basic app with basic bugsssss)

The most interesting was when my mum finished the service, the staff called back to ask for login PW for checkout the service. Are you serious???

I called to CS to report this case, CS mentioned again and again they wont take my complaint as I am not the one being served….
Holly! Would this complaint system too funny? only received “served clients” calls???
-- wwwway✌🏻️, 2024-01-07

-- CKH123321, 2023-02-07

### *---- "Can’t login even uninstall and reinstall again!"
Can’t login even uninstall and reinstall again!
-- 🥔🐜, 2021-07-02

### *---- "垃圾app一個"
Download完個app原來又係無得係app入邊預約。麻煩你執左去。
-- Nukie1996, 2021-01-16

### **--- "Please add English menus"
App store indicates Language as English, but all the menus of the app are in Chinese only (simplified and traditional).

One must register to use this app because you need a QR code to check in for every visit. Registration is difficult for those of us that can’t read Chinese.

The calendar is useful because it shows scheduled appointments and provides an option to add each booking to your device’s calendar. From the icons, you can distinguish between facial and body treatments.

Please add English menus so the rest of us can explore other functions that may be useful. Thank you.
-- MSCVS, 2020-11-17

### ***** "Good app"
Easy to manage my account information & booking summary, not bad
-- yuki_2020, 2020-10-20

### ***** "Very useful app"
Functional and got many features!
-- Lam:-6, 2020-10-15
