Reviews in Hong Kong SAR China

-- Micah Cheng, 2021-09-27

-- disappointed x10000000, 2020-01-12

-- Joelee1, 2019-11-14

### *---- "Useless"
Cannot buy ticket through app. No use at all.
-- whyneed 219, 2019-08-18

### *---- "CRAP! Plse take it out from App Store..."
This is completely CRAP! What logic is that? The 1990s? Can’t buy ticket when u have an APP so what is the purpose? What? Buying ticket from website? So backward so sad for Hong King MTRC! Plse delete this app from App Store plse!
-- fbjcx, 2019-08-02

### *---- "Useless app, can’t buy ticket"
To a traveller, if your app can’t buy tickets, it’s useless.
-- sanlap, 2019-07-15

### *---- "What is the purpose of the app?"
While the app can provide train timetable and the somewhat confusing train station information, there is little utility of the app for travellers.
The online ticket purchasing function is only available on the desktop (!?!) and it also has the WORST user interface design, not at all convenience to select and purchase ticket. User needs to clicks through many pages to select both outbound and inbound trains and lack of simple instruction (ie The order to family name or first name matters when verifying travel document and it turns out name is NOT entered according to what is on travel document)... given the price of the train ticket, why won’t the company invest into an app that support traveler experience ?
