收了服务费，服务巨烂。管家一问三不知，解决不了任何问题，全都是找人工客服。除了要你五星好评的时候态度上赶着贴…
有很多让人不适的操作
每月每个租户多收200多的服务费，四个人合租的话就是一个月接近900元，请问阿姨每月打扫客厅两次就需要900元吗？！另外，电费只能有人退租和新室友入住才能生成账单付费，有室友住了三四年要搬走，意味着突然让我一次性缴清这三四年的电费，让人着实有些猝不及防，年轻人并不会随时都有足够的存款，电费可是很贵的，我不知道你们有没有想过这一点，真的给我带来很多麻烦和不便，以后不会用自如，也不会把你们推荐给别人，真的太生气了

Endless harassment
Don’t use this app! After I left my last apartment with them, all the bills were settled. Then I was harassed for months saying I still owed them money and they would sue me if I didn’t pay. When I asked customer service how much I owed and why, there were no bills to be found. Several more months went by and then suddenly I’m being harassed by a lawyer saying they are preparing to sue me. I contacted Ziroom customer service again and they suddenly found a mysterious charge of 2,000 yuan that must be paid immediately to avoid going to court. They can add charges to your account over a year later and claim they’ve been there the whole time. Beware!
即将退租，很垃圾
不建议租这种平台的，比市场价高很多，更别提居住环境了。如果之前住满还好，后来空置以后住进来的一个比一个垃圾，什么奇葩都有，凌晨一点多外放音乐洗澡的，凌晨一点多用洗衣机洗衣服的……几乎后面住进来的很多都是异常扰民的。更别提各种设施经常坏的，网络还非常的拉垮。以后不租了，没到期直接退租！

垃圾得要死，弹窗关不掉
每次打开都弹出体验新版的弹窗，关都关不掉，只能退出app再打开，然后又弹出来。做得跟狗屎一样
逼人进bate？
