使いにくい
日本語で途中まで出来ますが、最後に英文で分かりづらいです。予約出来て無いと勘違いして再度予約したらダブルブッキングになってしまいました。日本語での問い合わせが出来ないし、海外へ国際電話をかける事になりました。国際電話料金はかかるし英語とスペイン語のみです。Google和訳で時間のかかる会話で少ししか理解出来ません。おまけに手数料は、かなり取られます。何の為に格安予約したと思いました。
