I have subscribed for 1 month membership to experience these shortcomings the app always crashes and takes forever to load videos. My learning progress is not recorded correctly. I end up wasting my time logging in and out. 🥲 Hope they quickly fix it. They offer really good practices…

無料授業の動画がホームページで見られるから、毎回アプリを開くと動画の音声が自動的にプレイしまいました。それで、この前に音楽を聴きながら単語帳を見る、今できなくなりました。この問題を解決方法があったら単語の勉強はきっと効率がよくなると思います。ありがとうございます！お願いします！

Video is too slow to load, Accomplished percentage is not showing correctly, like,I studied for a week and the remaining percentage is at 1000%. Like that many? When I received a message and want to have a quickie reply, I returned to the app and suddenly the lesson I left is gone. Please fix this. You are better than this. All the teachings are good and easy to understand.
