약 챙겨 먹는 걸 자주 까먹는 편이라서 관리하려고 설치해봤는데 생각보다 훨씬 편하고 유용한 앱이네요. 알림이 제시간에 잘 와서 복약 시간을 놓치지 않게 도와주고, 사용법도 어렵지 않아서 처음 써보는 사람도 금방 익숙해질 수 있을 것 같아요.

특히 복약 기록이 깔끔하게 정리돼서 내가 언제 어떤 약을 먹었는지 한눈에 확인할 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 덕분에 건강을 조금 더 체계적으로 관리하는 느낌도 들어요. 약을 꾸준히 챙겨 먹어야 하는 분들이나 저처럼 자주 까먹는 분들에게 정말 도움이 될 것 같아요~
