Waste of time to use this app . So many time error during purchase ticket and at the end can not get confirmation because system error

Problematic Payment System

I cannot get OTP no. for my payment booking by app even I tried to do this process more than one hour. When I click to request OTP, it just said that the process take time too long and have re-fill information again and again. Finally, I lost my 1st booking discount and stop booking through application. So, I have to only go for website booking which there is no problem. In term of payment if the booking is already book and need only payment, it should be appear information for payment in website channel as well integrated together, so that, if I cannot pay in app, I will have a chance to pay in website too.
