Extremely Unfriendly to Overseas Buyers and Purely Mendacious Workers and Promotions
Extremely unfriendly with overseas buyers. Impossible to get a refund even with valid reasons. It’s promotions are only pure lies. The customer service promised more than three times that they will have members reaching out to me, however that never happened in more than two weeks. Will never use again. The company is garbage, and should be banned in Canadian App Store because it’s pure scam.

I ordered stuff and the saiid if free shipping when you ordered for more than 299¥ so I did for 570¥ and after they said I need to pay for shipping 3089¥ because now they shipping is not free. And they don’t want to refund me my money
