购买基金定投，提示证件到期暂停定投，需要去营业厅更新证件。去了营业厅显示证件可以使用，柜姐还是热情的帮我重新给更新了证件，说回去再更新一下基金账户的证件就可以了，回来立马更新上传证件，各种收入证明，然后等基金公司审批，这下好了，等了快半年也没有审批下来～现在还是让等待，最近股票疯涨，我不能定投也不能赎回，这个损失不知道是应该基金公司负责还是工商银行负责。
