가게에서 음식이 조리된 후 배달이
바로 이루어지는 경우가 거의 없고, 배달원 매칭에도 한참 시간이 소요 된 후에 그제서야 배달이 이루어지는데 그마저도 굉장히 느리다. 중국음식 특성상 국물 요리들이 있는데 이를테면 12시에 조리완료 된 음식이 이러저러한 이유들로 2시에 배달되는 경우가 다반사이다. 이건 최악이다

J’ai utilisé ce plate-forme depuis 3 ans. Avant j’ai déjà eu des problèmes avec leur livreur de temps en temps, je comprenais encore. Mais là, depuis un an, mes commandes sont arrivés toujours en retard. Chaque fois il n’y a pas de livreur… une fois ma commande a été déjà prête depuis 1 heure, et il n’y avait toujours pas de livreur. J’ai dû bouffer mon repas tout froid tout dégueulasse, et aucune explication du service de plate-forme. Je comprends pas, on paie déjà plus cher le repas sur plateforme que dans le restaurant, avec le frais de livraison qui est souvent 3/4€ plus cher, le frais de service etc… on ne peut même pas avoir un repas qui arrive normalement. Ça se sent que les livreurs de Panda sont pas bien traités.

Really very bad, the functionality of the app is so poor and incomparable to any other food delivery apps. This could be tolerated if it works properly but unfortunately NO. Firstly, they don’t verify if the restaurants are open or at least pay attention to the restaurants opening time like other apps, other apps done accept order / payment if the restaurants aren’t open!! I had 2 experiences of already paid for the orders and wait for hours then they app tells me the restaurants didn’t accept my order, what’s worse is that the refund directly went into the app wallet without asking me, and of course things can be even worse — that stupid app wallet had no option to have my money to be refunded to my bank account. After lots of troubles exploring and digging in the app (what a waste of time while being upset) and communications with the customer service I finally had my money partially refunded, still 4 euros not refunded, and since it’s so much trouble to get it back I gave up, but really it’s horrible, almost feel like a fraud or being robbed. Not about the amount, but really the unimaginable horrible experience. I deleted the app 2 times due to poor experience, this is the 3rd time deleting it and I will never download this horribly developed app(both in terms of functionality and customer journey / experience) again.
