My food was delayed for 2 hours and never arrived and Hungry panda refused to provide me refund and was not answering my question in the proper way. They kept saying that “we record your request and will treat it properly” but not acting at all. AVOID THEM.
simply terrible customer service
真的好好吃，比我妈做的好吃。遇到这样的店家，让我在伦敦的日子舒服死了。
the service is very bad. And cancel a order is impossible.
I ordered an house hold items then I was told it was coming in 20 minutes as I requested ASAP and an hour later it said 1610 minutes, then I messaged customer service they said I can refund because it’s shipped even though I ask for a refund on the same day, unreliable and my first order was cancelled don’t give your details or use them
Tis bossy, unreliable, cheeky services. Even if you provide evidence for bad quality food or wrong items., it’s not gonna happen they will easily refund you. They just gonna make barriers and hint that run out of your patience before you receive your reasonable refund.
送的又慢，有没有惩罚和赔偿机制机制全靠顾客兜底，在英国当土皇帝很爽是吧，还控评刷好评，牛

神奇的事情发生了，点了个单是饭店A的，但是收到了餐品来自饭店B（当然餐品都是错的），可是系统上显示的人确实对的？？就是说像是一个确实是配到我的单的派送员，他去了一个错误的地点，从商家手里拿到了错误的餐品，然后找到了我的正确地点？？？这是怎么可能发生的？？系统抽风了？如果就是说是同一个饭店的单子拿错了这个还合理，就是说去错饭店这一步是怎么发生的？我想半天没明白？
