I don’t map out relative dimensions I simply draw what I see and sometimes relative positions of features can drift. I photograph my drawing with iphone then load into Spring. I then use Spring to adjust my drawing using its features. It’s incredible how you can improve likeness doing this, I actually enjoy this part of the art process more than the actual pen stage. And it takes a newly acquired and growing skill to morph the original drawing using Spring. Its a great combo of analog art and digital art to produce the outcome.
