毫无专业性可言，态度蛮横，对于患者毫无保障，下单以后患者无自主选择护士，给推荐哪个护士就必须用，而且客服私自加价，如因护士不够专业患者单方取消无条件扣除百分之三十违约金，并且很不尊重患者，患者常规斟酌护士上门资质，被告知无权要求更换护士。别下载  下载就是坑，金牌骨灰盒！
