南部的App做得比北部好，比如說高雄的i bus App就是佼佼者，裡面有提供詳細的公車時刻表，包括首班車末班車還有行車時間的預估等等這些都是旅客規劃旅遊行程最需要的資訊，可是臺北好行完全沒有看到，另外，像是道路中斷廟會街頭活動民眾抗議示威遊行，這些資訊也沒有主動推播，讓旅客知道公車暫停或者繞道行駛相關資訊，謝謝

我請家人下載了台北市交通局推行的--台北好行 App，點開 App 後設定視障者使用介面，我覺得介面清楚，大標題以及黑白兩色可方便我閱讀。 我搭乘公車-282 號，路線從捷運中山站(志仁高中)到政大。

我覺得台北好行 App 介面清晰好操作，且預約速度快。首先，我請家人預約上車以及下車站牌，接著我站在導盲磚上等 282 來，公車來時，它停了。但是照理說司機應該有看到視障者預約告示以及我站在導 盲磚，但是他並沒有把公車前門停在導盲磚前， 因此是家人扶著我走去搭車，只能說......身為視障朋友的我很無助。我覺得應該加強公車司機對這方面的訓練。此外，我對 App 的提醒設定困惑，下車時我並沒有聽到甚麼聲音，不知道我哪裡出錯了。

### **--- "身為官方app應該要更進步"
前提：本人主要使用目的為查詢公車到站時間

1. 每次進app都要停在「下載站牌資訊」等待非常久才能開始使用。測試大約都需要30-50秒，是本人目前使用app經驗最久的一個，其他大概頂多5-10秒…這個app的use case推測都是有時間緊迫性的，不理解這樣的開啟速度為什麼可以被接受？每次開啟要快一分鐘，公車都快到了吧…

2. 點選公車站牌的UX很多此一舉。使用者都點在一個specific stop了，為什麼還要在同樣站名的兩個（來回方向）或四個站（十字路口）再選一次？若是怕使用者誤選到錯誤方向站點，在站名列表也沒有任何方向性的表示，那到底意義何在？

補充資訊：本人使用兩支手機，IOS13.7、IOS15.1，連線環境wifi/4G皆有（皆為滿格），都有同樣狀況。使用此app已超過2年，觀察是近半年開始有此等待一百萬年狀況。
