使い物にならない

iPhoneとのWi-Fi接続は不可能と言っていい。

アプリ無駄

Wi-Fiつながらない使えない

使用端末はiPhoneで説明書に掲載の対処法を幾ら試してもWi-Fiと繋がらずインターネット未接続の表示が出てしまい購入した事を後悔している。ちなみにAndroidスマホの人に試してもらったらそちらはすぐに繋がった。iPhoneとの相性の問題か？

ホームページのトラブルリスト通りにiPhone側の設定も行い使用したが、画像も映像もiPhone側にダウンロードを拒否しダウンロード出来ない。使い方にはiPhone側に先に保存するとあるが、一切保存しない。また、映像も画像も使い方に出ているようなサムネイルもなくファイル名のみで選択してもファイルが開かない。使い方通り機能使用可能となるようにアプリの改善をお願いします。

ダウンロードがアプリでできません。

このアプリたまに中国語みたいなのでて非常にわかりずらいです。アプリからダウンロードしたいのにできないし。

楽しみにアプリをインストールしましたが

同メーカーのドライブレコーダーを購入しました。画像はみれますが、再生できませんでした。ダウンロードして下さいと案内がありましたが、ダウロード完了時少し中国語っぽい案内がでました。文字が変でした。不安でしたが、ドライブレコーダーもしっかり録画が出来てるか見たかったのでなんとなく保存場所かなと言う方を選び完了しましたがどこにも保存されていませんでした。わたしが不慣れで申し訳ございませんが、再生や保存の説明をどこかでしていただけないでしょうか。

使えない

スマホで映像確認出来ないし、ドラレコもいつまで撮れているかわからないので、不安しかありません。
