本アプリは、保険薬局(※)で調剤された処方内容を閲覧できる、お薬手帳の電子版です。
閲覧は家族で登録できる様に作られています。家族で一つのアプリを使うこともできますし、家族一人一人で使い分ける事もできます。

QRコードの読み取りにも対応しました。
※JAHIS電子版お薬手帳データフォーマットに準拠したQRコードの読み取りのみとなります。

使い方としては、既存のお薬手帳の補助的役割として利用して下さい。

また、お年寄りがスマートフォンを持つケースは少ないと思いますので、ご家族の方か、介護者が管理することを前提に作られています。
また、本アプリを利用できる医療機関(※)は限られていますので、確認の上お使いください。
