It’s an Ad Platform
This isn’t a game with ads. It’s an ad platform that’s maybe 40% game that your child will love while the app makers are racking up ad dollars. There are more ads in this game than game. Every other action (and sometimes it won’t even let you get through a whole one) brings up a full page ad which takes a long time to dismiss and and it’s not always the easiest to figure out (very small ffwd or x button in top right that doesn’t respond to taps consistently). There’s so much ad code running on what should be a lightweight app, given its simplicity, that it bricked my iPad. Apple shouldn’t allow these kind of obvious “game” wares into the store. At least require them to also provide an ad-free version at a reasonable price as well.
