## しゃべる筋トレタイマー Description
◆ 筋トレ、ストレッチ、準備運動、整理運動など、いろんな運動に使える、「テキスト読み上げ再生機能」付きタイマーです。
◆ iOS標準搭載の「音声合成エンジン」により、自分が入力したテキストを英語や日本語の音声で読み上げてくれます。
◆ スマホやタブレット画面を見ることなく、音声案内を聞きながら、運動に集中することができます。

スクワット、腕立て伏せ、腹筋など複数の運動ユニットのグループ化やリピート回数の設定も可能です。
設定したワークアウトを再生すれば、リピート回数や秒数カウント、音声案内を自動で再生します。
あとは、その音声にしたがって運動するだけでOK。画面をわざわざ見る必要はまったくありません。

● ワークアウトライブラリ
・目的に応じて自分のワークアウトを登録できます。
・テキスト検索機能により、目的のワークアウトをすばやく検索できます。
・ワークアウトの登録順の入れ替えができます。
・ワークアウトは、複製することもできます。
・ワークアウトのセルを左スワイプして削除できます。
・ワークアウトの合計時間が表示されます。
・最後に選択したワークアウトがトップ位置に移動します。

● ワークアウト画面
・ワークアウトに、複数の運動ユニットを登録できます。
・運動ユニットは、複製することもでき、自由な位置に挿入できます。
・運動ユニットは、登録後に自由に順番を入れ替えられます。
・運動ユニットのセルを左スワイプして削除できます。
・ワークアウトを再生すると、プレイ画面に切り替わり再生がスタートします。

● プレイ画面
・選択された運動ユニットから順番に音声が再生されます。
・画面に、音声テキスト、リピート回数、時間が表示されます。

● ユニット画面
・各ユニットの内容を設定します。
・音声案内テキスト、リピート回数、ユニット時間、それぞれの音声などを設定します。
・音声案内テキストが空欄の場合、ユニット名が自動で代入されます。
・ユニットが、グループトップか直前と同じグループかを設定しておきます。
《リピート再生》
・同じグループ単位でトップのユニットから順に、リピート回数だけ繰り返して再生されます。

● 設定画面
・音声案内や秒数カウント音などの音量を調整できます。
・音声言語を選択できます。（英語／日本語）
・音声の高さ（男性的から女性的へ）を調整できます。
