大麦网售票策路不公开不透明，霸王条款不支持退票，在购票时候并未明确告知，因选错日期动无法去观看演出，从我付款的一刻就没有退票的选项，侵犯了应有的权益，与客服多次沟通却拒绝退票。大麦的拒绝退票原因为:查询此项目因为演出票品的特殊性与时效性。中华人民共和国《民法典》规定，不合理地免除或者减轻其责任、加重对方责任、限制对方主要权利的条款，属于无效的格式条款。
       《消费者权益保护法》也明确指出，经营者不得以格式条款、通知、声明、店堂告示等方式，作出排除或者限制消费者权利、减轻或者免除经营者责任加重消费者责任等对消费者不公平、不合理的规定，不得利用格式条款并借助技术手段强制交易。售票平台不能改退票的单方面规定，构成了利用格式条款并借助技术手段强制交易而限制、排除了观众在合理时间内退票或者转让的合法权益，加重消费者责任、减轻经营者责任，违反了相关法律的明确规定，属于无效的“霸王条款’
        德新社亦是如此，唯一售票途径：大麦网，店门口都不卖票让去大麦网上买。一样拒绝退票。对于德行，上梁不正下梁歪，新闻不是空穴来风，从做人做事可以看从根就是坏的。对于作品，当时正处于德云社门口，进门前刷卡才发现日期错误，又购买了当天同一时间的场次，一场6个节目，看到第五个真的受不了，走了，内容无聊毫无新意，看的人直犯困😪更觉得票不值钱了，买的都当时最贵的座位。德云社彻底祛魅。
