专为数控车工、机械加工人员、编程员打造的专业计算与编程辅助工具。覆盖螺纹计算、切槽编程、宏程序生成、材料计算、锥度计算、切点计算等30+功能模块，支持生成G92/G76代码，内置常用材料密度、公差表、G代码手册，是每位车工手机里不可或缺的“工艺工具箱”。

核心功能

螺纹计算
支持公制螺纹(M)、梯形螺纹(Tr)、矩形螺纹(Square)、公制蜗杆(Worm)、英制螺纹(BSW/BSF)、美制UN系列(UN/UNF/UNC/UNEF)、管螺纹(G/R/Rp/ZG)等。自动生成G92/G76代码，支持刀尖半径补偿、退尾设置、左右借刀、双倍借刀，外螺纹/内螺纹一键切换。

切槽编程
支持V形槽、矩形外槽/内槽、端面V形槽、任意角度V形槽。图形化参数输入，支持切槽刀、尖刀、球刀，自动计算粗车+精车分层切削，生成绝对/相对坐标G代码。

宏程序自动生成
涵盖矩形螺纹、梯形螺纹、爱克母螺纹(ACME)、异形螺纹、公制/英制蜗杆、凹/凸圆弧螺纹、波形螺纹、钻深孔、椭圆、抛物线、网纹、8字油槽等。输入参数即可生成标准宏程序。

材料计算
支持圆管/圆棒/方钢/板料，内置304不锈钢、碳钢、铝合金等常用材料密度，自动计算单件重量、总重量和材料成本，支持自定义密度和单价。

辅助计算工具

    切点计算（直线接圆弧、圆弧接圆弧、锥度接圆弧等）

    锥度计算（大径、小径、长度、锥度角互算）

    三角函数、倒角计算

    对角/圆等分、公差查询（H7/h6等）

    线速度/粗糙度计算

    常用G/M代码查询
