設計bug
要跨境寄件，App要求地址簿裡的身分證號碼必填（本來是選填），但是App設計有限制只能填8個碼，身分證字號有10個碼，根本填不了。 詢問線上文字客服，結果客服無限跳針，根本無法協助解決問題。

app不支援掃碼寄貨
希望官方app趕快支援掃碼貨運單上的QRcode寄貨，貨多的時候，還要一箱一箱對地址很煩。預先貼好順豐的紙本貨運單在紙箱外，送貨員直接就可以收件，方便多了。
