买了翻译VIP和APP VIP，都没有用，必须买超级VIP才行，想翻译的根本翻译不来。 先买了一个APP VIP，结果不能用，根本就翻译不了几篇文档。然后买了一个翻译APP，还是不能翻译文档。找客服电话也找不到，打百度客服，说这个软件目前没有人工客服，只能反馈信息，页面上有投诉选项，结果根本就不能投诉。充了钱就是打水漂了。程序上只有智能，根本解决不了问题。太差劲了。想退钱也没得途径，咨询问题也没有途径！气死了。

每次点进百度翻译都有三秒钟美团或者京东的广告前摇，像我这种要高频率查字典的人，真的特别讨厌这种感觉，三秒钟不是时间吗，每次都是，手机晃一下还跳平台，真的特别特别败感，拉低太多体验感。
