五蒙巡检项目是一款帮助公路工程施工过程中针对工序验收、监理巡视、监理旁站
监理指令、变更纪要等工作的工具性APP
主要功能模块：
1.工序验收：
施工单位的报检员指定工序，而后对指定的工序安排计划验收员和计划自检员。自检员
收到消息进行自检，自检完成后验收员收到消息进行验收，若验收不合格，则自检员再次
自检，直至验收合格。
2.监理指令：
监理在公路工程施工过程对于不合规或违章的施工情况下达整改指令，相关人接收到指令可
处理、转发他人、打回指令。最后指令整改完成后，监理下达指令人对指令进行闭合。整个
流程过程需要留下影像资料。
3.监理巡视/监理旁站：
监理在公路工程施工过程不定期的现场检查，并附带资料。
4.变更纪要：
公路工程施工过程中根据现场情况对桩号或者清单进行变更，系统通过填写的变更金额，
自动确定变更等级，进入不同的变更流程。在变更流程中需要留下每一步的影像资料。
5.痕迹管理：
使用APP的用户，在公路工程中工序验收、监理巡视、监理旁站、监理指令、变更纪要等操作
在此进行汇总查询。
6.个人中心：
个人用户的登录注销，还有部分功能的帮助使用。
