## 家园区 Description
家园区移动APP，是将物业维修资金管理功能、业主决策等功能在移动客户端中实现。主要包括：用户管理、实名制认证、活体检测及人脸识别、业主倡议、业主表决、民意调查等应用模块。
1)用户管理：实现多级用户管理，包括游客用户，注册用户，实名制注册用户（含人脸比识别用户）；物业公司用户、管理端用户等；实现单客户端登录限制要求。
2)人脸识别：优先基于Server端图像库，以及前端活体检测+人脸识别为一体，要求人脸比对正确率90%以上。
3)业主倡议：实现业主发起临时业主代表大会的动议或者响应其他业主发起的倡议。
4)业主决策：实现业主对业委会选举、物业公司选聘投标表决，以及维修资金使用的表决等工作。需要建立在实名制认证+人脸识别基础上，且是房屋所有权人的基础上进行。
5)民意调查：实现基于主管部门对园区居民生活满意度调查；需建立在注册用户基础上进行民意调查。
