当我订阅号b站up主，点击头像跳转到b站去的时候，b站会显示页面加载失败请重试，无法成功跳转

小工具做的还不错，没有icloud同步很难受

提一些UI的建议
1. 建议将 B 站和 YT 左右分栏，不要把列表放进一个小窗口里； 2. “一键订阅”按钮，修改为一个“+”按钮，放在右上角； 3. 去除 列表旁边的“+”按钮；
添加订阅有点麻烦
要一个一个手动搜索添加，还是说我打开方式不对？
