My payment process with AE redeem point not smooth, it failed but deducted my points. There’s no msg shown. I have to call the card centre to confirm the process is failed. Retry not possible bcos the transaction is locked. Need to call the suppport centre for help. Strange is that the insecure payment process by reading out the card number….there’s obviously some room for improvement about payment process …

I am not impressed with Disney land Hongkong, rude staff, no one has smile on their face, not much innovative rides My past experiences with Disney land was much better in USA and Japan This time felt that my money is wasted, will not visit again We visited in group of 7 family members, all felt the same Not much options ice creams, popcorns In nutshell, regretted visiting Disneyland honkong

I am an absolute fan of Disneyland and this app helps a lot when I’m at Disneyland especially when it’s crowded. This app tells the showtimes and waiting minutes for different attractions which helps a lot! I really like the park! -your biggest fan ~Hailey✨🪄

I absolutely love Disney,I beg my mother to bring me there whenever they add a new place!So they added a Frozen area and I was excited,my mum said we could go,but when I enter the Disneyland app,I couldn’t see it on the map,There was no updates for me to use and also,Please add online shopping on the Disneyland app for people who don’t know how to use the Disney shops,since,it’s easier for access!
