App too slow

It always lags. And the purchased tickets from the website doesn not reflect immediately in the app. It should automatically sync. Realtime experience is a must.

Not a complete Disneyland experience

We came from Manila. I have 3 kids. Did not experience the ff: Momentous but in your site it’s in the schedule: Festival of Lion; parades

The app is perfect to use. However, why is the announcement of no fireworks just done during the day itself. It should have been announced in advance. Im sure many are frustrated and sad because of this.

Invasive app with un-intuitive features

the app keeps asking user allow it to track even when not in-use input of ticket numbers cannot be done by scanning from photo gallery; users are asked to print manually just to scan it back into digital form

Park is dirty

I used to frequent HK Disneyland - this visit is severely disappointing- The park is dirty, it smells and there are wrappers and trash lying around

Photopass gone to waste

Saw No official photographers around. Juat wasted money in buying the unlimited photo pass.
