It appears that if taxis are currently all busy you can’t pre-book even days ahead. Annoyingly the message from the app then tells you to pre-book. Why can’t I just tap to get a return journey? Either to reverse my selected start/end or click to book return? Annoyingly, when you do want to return, the last journey details are saved, and the stops are temporarily removed from your favourites. This means you try to book the return, the two stops you want aren’t available to select!
