help my ios is beta but shows not

Enrollment Bug - Apple took all my money

Today I was going to subscribe to the Apple Developer Program since I have an app that I want to distribute to App Store. Everything went fine in the enrollment process, until I had to pay. For Christmas, I had received a physical Apple Gift Card of 1000 SEK (≈100 USD) and therefore had this on my Apple-ID's gift card balance. I had already spent 49 SEK of the gift card balance on an app subscription. However, when I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, Apple took the remaining 951 SEK from the gift card balance (it's gone from my account now), and also took 44 SEK from my bank account to add up to the total of 995 SEK per year the membership costs here in Sweden. What should I do? I want my gift card balance back, my 44 SEK to my bank account and a working way to pay since this is obviously a bug caused by someone at Apple not thinking about how the Apple Developer app should behave if there's a gift card balance on the Apple-ID account. I have not gotten an email regarding the transaction, and I can't seem to continue the enrollment from my Mac. Help!

Positive Information

Trying out the app I had the experience of seeing how to develop and do interesting things. Very large information database fun! Signing up for developer account with Apple only method for Apple ID.

Crashes on launch

Can't start the application, crashes on launch

No video, no nothing

Let's begin with the Pros: - Small download and quick install - Simple UI However, the Cons win: - No videos, no streams, no content, no previews. Nothing, absolutely nothing, is listed or previewed or shown. The app just shows a blank space where there presumably should have been hundreds of videos, like in the corresponding iOS, iPadOS and tvOS apps. Well, to be totally honest, it does show a little something: categories. Only, they are all totally empty. Not even a "Sorry, we cannot contact the server right now" or a "We're having technical problems" or even any kind of indication that something, anything, is in progress or being downloaded. The app just sits there, doing and showing absolutely nothing.

Freezes

Freezes when plaing videos. Also search and other functionality could be a lot better.

A mockery of a UI

"We have designed a new UI for MacOS". There was not a single person who vetted this before release. And even if they did, they have never seen macOS in their entire lives. This is a complete mockery of their users to release this (and many other apps) and have the gall to go on stage and say "we pay attention to every detail in design"

The app is Great But i cant watch replays only that wass cool wass in settings and click on logo I CAN CHANGE COLOR WHOA!

Poor experience when offline

I planned view some of the sessions on my vacation, but downloaded videos don’t appear can’t download the session list on startup - making the feature basically useless.. A few videos downloaded also disappeared. I guess being away from high speed internet isn’t something that the developers are used to...
