## Apple Health Description
The Apple Health app provides a central and secure place for your health and fitness information, so it’s easily accessible and under your control.

Features

• Visualize and securely store health data from your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch as well as from compatible devices and third-party apps.
• Browse interactive charts to review your health data over time and dive in for a deeper look.
• Receive highlights on what matters most to you, like your steps, sleep, or vitals.
• See at a glance how a given health metric is progressing, whether it’s increasing or decreasing over time, with trend analysis.
• Share your health data with people important to you or those who are caring for you.
• Create personalized sleep schedules, set a sleep duration goal, and track your progress over time.
• Track your menstrual cycle with Cycle Tracking. Turn on notifications to tell you when your next period or fertile window is approaching.
• Create a list of the medications, vitamins, and supplements you take, and receive reminders to log scheduled medications
• Reflect on your state of mind by logging your momentary emotions, daily moods, and contributing factors. Get valuable insights into your state of mind and how it has changed over time with interactive charts.
• Take standardized mental health assessments that are often used in clinics to understand your current risk for depression and anxiety and if you may benefit from a discussion with your care team.
• Use the Health Checklist on iPhone to set up iPhone and Apple Watch to keep an eye on things for you.
• See all your health records — such as allergies, immunizations, lab results, and more — in one place.*
• Learn more about important health topics with educational articles.
• When your phone is locked with a passcode, all your health and fitness data in the Health app — other than your Medical ID — is encrypted. Your health data stays up to date across all your devices automatically using iCloud, where it is encrypted while in transit and on Apple servers.

## Apple Health Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Sleep most recent update"
Since the most recent iOS update, the sleep function no longer captures when I sleep beyond the wake up time in the morning. I want whatever sleep I get to be captured, not the schedule I obviously already know since I set it. If this update was intentional I feel it is a step backward for our sleep tracking.
-- TWC app fails, 2026-09-13

### ****- "Great 👍 here’s what you should add"
Yall should add adhd tests and/or autism tests. Just disorder tests really. Really good app tho
-- Taiya12, 2026-09-12

### *---- "kowardly komplicit kollaborators"
The craven bootlickers of apple put fake names in their crummy map app just to suck up to a depraved degenerate debauched demented deranged admitted dictator, so I deleted that lousy app and am deleting this lousy app too.
-- Fed up with thievery, 2026-09-12

### *---- "NOT EVEN CLOSE TO GOOGLE HEALTH YOU PEOPLE NEED TO DO BETTER!!!"
I am very UPSET!😡 I set apple health to use google health data, it’s recording it wrong!! I am going to lose money because of this because I use weward and this causes a loss of points and therefore a loss if money!!!!🤬
-- Techie91, 2026-09-12

### ***-- "Kind of Deceptive"
Thought I could get blood sugar without a finger stick not just track. Not worth money for me
-- Waterfrontliving, 2026-09-11

### *---- "Bruhh"
Why do I gotta download this app just to put an alarm clock?
-- KingFlaco96, 2026-09-11

### ***-- "No Allowance for Injury"
I’ve used the app for years. Occasionally I have a sports related injury and you have to stop working out or reduce your workouts. The app doesn’t allow for that. You can either stop tracking or get hassled by the app for not maintaining your fitness.

This would be a simple change and the app could actually help through the healing process.
-- Candy dropper, 2026-09-10

### *---- "terrible at cycle tracking…"
every single time i put in my flow, i get a prediction of when i get my period next. when i get these predictions they are WILDLY inaccurate, which pisses me off even more due to me once trusting this app. this app also has other problems. PLEASE FIX 💔
-- perfectly_emily, 2026-09-09

### **--- "UPDATE!!! Medications"
NEW CONCERN 9/5/2026: The medications section is not syncing with my iPad, and they are on the same wifi. They normally sync just fine, appropriate timing, but this time in several occasions, the iPad will reflect accurate data, while my phone works not. I can provide screenshots also.

NEW CONCERN: Please allow us to edit the “State of Mind” Entries. For instance, if I clicked “Done” too soon, and need to go back to edit, I can’t. Update: ACTIVE Energy along with those listed below are still not working properly, even after troubleshooting. Active Energy worked for 1 day, and the next day it went back to no data. PLEASE fix this issue asap.

I work out regularly, and I’ve noticed that this app is not updating anything—Cardio Fitness; Cardio Recovery; Cardio Fitness Notifications; and Active Energy—as of today, March 4, 2023. The last record shown in my health app for any calorie or active energy was December 2022. Please make these changes and update this app.
-- Shauna AfroLatina, 2026-09-08

### *---- "Nope"
Just no what is it even for so many better health apps than just this…
-- i am 🏀🏀, 2026-09-07
