However, my recent experience with the purchase of the iPhone 16 Pro has been disappointing. Along with the phone, I received free trials for Apple News and Apple Music. After the trial period, I expected to be notified before any charges, but instead, I was charged for both services without any prior warning. When I reached out to customer support, I was disheartened to find that they refused to issue a refund, despite one of their preset options clearly stating, “I didn't intend to renew subscription.” I contribute to the success of the company by supporting their employees, yet they can't accommodate a simple refund of $22.98.
