Próbowałem zamówić nowy telefon korzystając z zagranicznej karty kredytowej, ponieważ mój oryginalny telefon został uszkodzony w wyniku wypadku i nie nadawał się do użytku. Na oficjalnej stronie internetowej jest wyraźnie napisane, że zagranicznych kart kredytowych można zamawiać i płacić w lokalnej walucie zgodnie z kursem wymiany. Początkowo pokazali „udaną płatność”, a pieniądze na karcie kredytowej zostały pomyślnie zamrożone. Ale nagle na stronie pokazało się, że transakcja została anulowana. Nie mieli nawet żadnego powiadomienia. Później zadzwoniłem i zapytałem. Powiedzieli, że karta kredytowa nie została zaakceptowana, ponieważ była zagraniczna. Jest to całkowicie niezgodne z informacjami na ich stronie internetowej! Nawet odblokowanie pieniędzy na karcie kredytowej zajmuje 3-4 dni robocze. Czekałem więc 4 dni robocze. Pieniądze nie zostały jednak odmrożone. Później zadzwoniłem ponownie, a oni zmienili historię i powiedzieli, że zajmie to 5-6 dni roboczych... a produkt nadal nie został rozmrożony. To wyjątkowo nieprofesjonalne i dziwne! Po pierwsze, informacje w Internecie nie pokrywają się ze stanem faktycznym, który jest już bardzo zły! A czas podany przez nieprofesjonalną telefoniczną obsługę klienta jest również wyjątkowo niedokładny! To sprawia, że ​​ludzie zastanawiają się, czy jakość usług Apple jest zgodna z wizerunkiem ich marki na rynku? Naprawdę rozważam dalsze korzystanie ze wszystkich produktów Apple. Niestety nie mogę ocenić ich na mniej niż jedną gwiazdkę... Co więcej, zmarnowali mój najcenniejszy czas i opóźnili wiele pracy. Przynajmniej we współczesnym społeczeństwie brak smartfona opóźni wiele rzeczy, a nawet spowoduje straty i roszczenia.
