Can’t use the app
App says needs update. But. Update not available.
Lowering the bar
I remember when Apple apps were simple, just worked and were a good example for other devs. Now it’s the opposite. This app is just like others: forced updates, can’t remember your cart for more than 3 seconds.

Awful service
I ordered an apple watch more than a month ago and I never received it. I started the return process and I'm still waiting for my refund. horrible experience and all because you chose to send it through the worst courier service. (UPS)

To whom it may concern, Could you explain why you’ve updated an app,but can’t get access because I don’t have a 13.0 update when my iPad has only recently had an update to 12.5? Frustrated😠
