This app is an awesome and useful tool when needed information about Apple Products or etc. From Hardware, software, and other services, this app can help. 

The only problem I have with this app is that, whenever there is new updates like iOS 26 for example, older iPhones that support only iOS 15 cannot upgrade due to the app version.

Bad UX when you need to access a password manager while you’re in one of the support flows. Allowing us to switch apps to get a password from a password manager without resetting the flow would be great (for the “reset password > help someone else” flow). Currently I need to start the flow with the target device password on my clipboard because I can’t switch apps in the middle of the flow otherwise the dialog closes and I have to start over. That’s bad UX but otherwise the app allowed me to complete the task.

This service is useless. I called because of missing data on the activity app and even when I can see the data on my phone and the ring aren’t showing correctly they can’t help. The guy quoted a million possible reasons for the issue but said there are 0 solutions for this. So this just means I lost all my 1500-day+ streaks and no one can help. As I said, useless.

My AirPods are under warranty and one earbud isn’t working I tried to get it fixed but there is no provider near me and there usually is an option to mail my AirPods in but they told me that the mail in isn’t an option so I pretty much have warranty on my AirPods for absolutely no reason at all, just because of where I live I can’t get the help I need and should have access too just like everybody else(ps I live in a city). If you live in a remote area not near a city don’t bother buying Apple because if it breaks and you have nowhere’s near you that can fix it your pretty much out of luck.
