Those of you with gift card issues, YOUR FAULT. Im sorry you got scammed but... thats CERTAINLY not APPLE'S fault. Those of you with issues recovering a device... Use a computer and the ITUNES APP on a computer to factory reset. I hate apple. But YOUR issues are NOT reasonable

They stole my $160 with faulty gift card that rip off code and REFUSE to refund money due to the power of the adhesive they use to cover the redemption code. I tried contacting their online support and they “escalate it” to their phone line where the individuals I spoke to in the first claimed they would send me an email with a form to fill out and NEVER sent the form. On the second call they sent the form and I filled it out giving them photos of what they asked for and they asked for me to label the receipts and card with the case id and resend it back. They then wanted everything in 1 photo and then claimed they can’t read it and I send them extra photos where you can see each item individually and nothing happens (Essentially ghosting me to the point where they hope I forget about it). After numerous calls and online chats with their online and offline support. They essentially have now ghosted me and are trying to Hide my negative review of the poor performance. If needs be I’ll post it on X and see how they “censor” that feedback. They gave me the runaround for a whole month hoping they can get away with it. I’m no longer purchasing any more Apple products for myself, family, friends, etc.
