Többek között megtudhatja, hogyan kezelheti előfizetéseit, és miként állíthatja vissza az Apple-fiók jelszavát. Velünk csevegve megoldhatja az adott problémát, illetve részletes útmutatást kaphat, ha saját maga szeretné elhárítani. És ha úgy dönt, hogy felkeresi a Genius Bart vagy egy hivatalos Apple-szervizt, az Apple-támogatás segít megkeresni egy közeli boltot, ahová időpontot foglalhat.

Megjegyzés: Az Apple-támogatás app, az AppleCare-csomagok, illetve az app és/vagy az AppleCare-csomagok bizonyos funkciói csak bizonyos országokban és régiókban érhetők el.

If I'm trying to buy an Apple Care+ plan through the application (and even from apple's website) I can't change the region from US to Hungary (or to anything else too), because the dropdown menu is greyed out. Already tried to change my region to a different country, but still no success. Because of this, the application is totally unusable and pointless.

I could not use the help of this app as I could nit add the phone number correctly. The app 
The app defines the country code or the mobile area code in groups of three digits, but in Hungary both are 2 digits. Therefore it isn’t possible to correctly enter a Hungarian mobile number in it.
